RICHSEED CONSULTING LIMITED is a company limited by shares and registered under the companies and allied matters Act, 1990 of the federal republic of Nigeria with company registration number RC 808209. We were registered as a human resource and capacity building company to offer training and consultancy services to both private and public organizations in Nigeria.

Richseed consulting was fully incorporated in Nigeria as a limited liability company on the 19th of March 2009. Founders are a group of resourceful consultants who have the passion to empower individuals, businesses and organizations by offering unique ideas, functional knowledge and strategies, in-depth information, career opportunities and educational programs.

At Richseed, our resource persons and consultants have gained extensive training, development and management skills from thorough research and practical experiences while working with various private and public organizations in the past.

Having chosen the human resources and business development sector as our ideal industry to operate in, we are committed to empowering people and corporate bodies at all levels with consultancy services that accurately meet their needs.

Our Mission

The company mission is to serve private and public organization clients that are in need of logistical, technical, and business strategy services. All projects will be chosen based on the availability of human resources, and each individual employee will be given the respect of a contract worker, and will share in profits for each job. Politics have no place at Richseed Consulting and to limit the effects of favoritism, the company will implement and clearly communicate a performance review policy that applies to those at the bottom as well as the top of the leadership ladder. Credit will be given to the person who performed and/or innovatively modified a project, and compensation will be both financial and in the form of commendation.
